The MM3030 is a powerful CNC machine useful for milling, drilling, engraving and other applications like routing – it can be used for PCBs, acrylic, MS/SS, Copper, Al, and other materials – a powerful spindle with 1.2 kW power, 24000 rpm enables deep cuts for faster processing. The system offers high speed of operation and good accuracy and repeatability.

The spindle is equipped with an ER11 collet – thus tools upto 6 mm shank can be used. Axis motors are powerful, and hence can accommodate heavy loads without compromising on the accuracy. Tslot table can be offered to customers optionally .. Mist coolant can be offered optionally.

The system, built with suitable precision ball screws and LM guides, offers very high accuracy. And suitable software that is supplied include WinMill for engraving/milling/drilling. For PCB applications, special software called WinPCBDrill is offered, which has user friendly features. The software has enhanced features found only on high end multispindle machines.
