Interface Design Associates Private Limited

Instrumented CNC Machines for Training and Research

Interface produces a range of CNC Machines for the education and research sector. The key requirements of this sector include:

  • Minimum maintenance
  • Long service life
  • User programming
  • Integration with different sensors and actuators Systems need to be repurposes and reconfigured after specific projects

Keeping the above requirements in mind, Interface has designed a set of basic CNC machines for turning and milling applications. With a minimal footprint and controlled using PC-based SC-04E controller, these machines offer excellent cost-benefit advantages to colleges, institutes and laboratories.

We have integrated these machines with load sensors, dynamometers, vibration sensors and accelerometers, torque sensors, Ultrasonic horns, induction heaters, pulsed lasers, etc.
